2. Shipping Methods

We can arrange international shipping by express courier, air freight, sea freight, or other agreed logistics methods according to the product type, shipment volume, destination, and customer requirements.

For automation equipment, shipping methods are usually confirmed based on machine size, weight, packaging method, and destination port or address. For consumable materials, shipping methods may vary depending on product characteristics, storage requirements, order quantity, and destination regulations.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise clearly stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.

The final shipping cost depends on the shipping method, destination, shipment weight, volume, and logistics provider. We recommend confirming the shipping cost with us before placing an order.

4. Customs Clearance, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, or other local charges in the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any additional charges required by the destination country or region.

5. Delivery Time

6. Packaging

We will use appropriate packaging methods according to the product type and transportation requirements.

Automation equipment is usually packed with protective materials and export-standard wooden cases or other suitable packaging methods. Consumable materials are packed according to product specifications, storage requirements, and transportation conditions.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect the shipment carefully upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, missing, or abnormal, please take photos or videos immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

Claims related to transportation damage should be reported promptly so that we can assist with communication with the logistics provider where applicable.

8. Delays

Although we make every effort to arrange production and shipment on time, delays may occur due to customization requirements, production adjustments, logistics congestion, customs inspection, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If any significant delay occurs, we will communicate with the customer as soon as possible and provide updated information where available.
