Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the warranty period, warranty coverage, claim requirements, exclusions, and after-sales support terms for our automation equipment and related products.

Key Warranty Period

24 Months

Unless otherwise required by applicable local law or agreed in writing, the warranty is valid for 24 months from the date the client receives the goods. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

1. Warranty Coverage

Veldi Automation guarantees that eligible products are designed for their intended use and are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

During the valid warranty period, if a covered defect is confirmed, we will provide appropriate technical support, repair guidance, replacement parts, repair service, or other reasonable after-sales solutions according to the actual situation.

2. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you find that the product is defective or malfunctioning upon delivery or during the warranty period, please contact us before returning the product in order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

To file a warranty claim, please provide clear photos or videos showing the malfunction, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase from Veldi Automation or an authorized Veldi Automation dealer.

Warranty claims should be submitted as soon as the issue is discovered so that we can evaluate the problem and provide support in a timely manner.

3. Time-Sensitive Claim Notice

Please inspect the product carefully after receiving it. If any defect, damage, abnormal performance, or malfunction is found, please contact us as early as possible.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under this warranty:

1. Misuse, negligence, carelessness, improper operation, or use of the product in any unintended manner.

2. Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or replacement with non-genuine parts or accessories.

3. Damage caused by force majeure, improper storage, improper installation, abnormal working conditions, or external factors beyond our reasonable control.

4. Corrosion, deterioration, or material fatigue caused by prolonged use.

5. Consumable parts and wear parts subject to normal wear and tear during regular use.

5. Repair, Replacement, and Service Responsibility

For issues that can be resolved through remote technical guidance, we will provide repair instructions, troubleshooting suggestions, or related support materials.

For serious problems that cannot be resolved through repair instructions and are confirmed to be covered by warranty, Veldi Automation may arrange repair, replacement parts, product repair, or replacement according to the actual situation and warranty terms.

6. Proof of Purchase

All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Warranty service may not be available if the customer cannot provide sufficient purchase records or order information.

7. Limitation of Warranty

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Veldi Automation makes no other express warranties or guarantees beyond the terms described in this Warranty Policy.

Veldi Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or third-party consequences arising from the use, handling, installation, or operation of the product by any legal or natural person.

8. Important Reminder

Please do not return any product before contacting us and receiving confirmation. Unauthorized returns may cause unnecessary logistics costs, customs issues, or delays in warranty evaluation.
